What You Need to Know?

New Billionaires Capital (N.B. Capital) is a leading Toronto-based investment firm. The firm focuses on technology such as SaaS, AI, AIGC, Blockchain, Web3, and other cutting-edge sectors. It aims to identify and invest in early-stage tech startups with the potential to revolutionize their respective industries and disrupt the market. The firm provides mentorship, networking opportunities, and funding to help startups grow and succeed. New Billionaires Capital is committed to creating long-term value for its portfolio companies and investors, and prides itself on its rigorous due diligence process and strategic investment approach.

Eligibility

Must be based in Toronto
Must hold a bachelor’s degree or be currently pursuing one
Individual applicants only (although having a co-founder or business idea is a plus)

What We Offer

A 3-month incubation program (June 15 – Sept 15)
$3,000 CAD stipend for the duration of the program
Access to our co-working space at no cost
Mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and advisors
Business consulting, digital marketing, market research, sales channel enablement, and various supporting services

Application Process

Submit your application by June 1
Top 300 applicants will be selected based on their responses
Video interviews will be conducted to narrow down to 50 candidates
Final round interviews with our investment committee will select 20 in-house entrepreneurs

Expectations

Be physically present at our co-working space at: 15 Wellesley St W Unit 201, Toronto, ON M4Y 0G7, for the majority of the program, where the candidate will be assigned a free workspace.
Actively work on your startup project during the 3 month period.

Post-Program Investment Opportunity

At the end of the incubation program, 20-30% of the cohort startups will be selected for
investment after a final review by our Investment Committee
Selected startups will receive $70,000 CAD in exchange for 5-10% equity
