The general incubator services for entrepreneurs include mentorship, consulting, networking, education, coworking spaces, and funding guidance.
The Entrepreneur in Residence program offers a monthly stipend, coworking space access, one on one guidance, and potential investment for selected participants.
Mature startups can pitch to the Investment Committee for funding and support directly. In the past, it was 5% acceptance rate for up to $70K Canadian dollars.

New Billionaires Club (NB Club) is a North American incubator that services and enables start-ups in the technology sector. We pioneered unique start-up boot camp programs in Canada for entrepreneurs based on the advanced programs used in incubators in Silicon Valley and New York City.
NB Club is focused on providing more values, strategies, coaching and customized consultations for start-ups. The entrepreneurs will be exposed to innovative events and courses to discover the entrepreneurial spirit within. NB Club uses the boot camp model and interactive events to attract promising entrepreneurs. They can access our huge network of in-resident mentors, successful start-up founders, investors, and industry experts. We organize various events, including case competitions, roadshows, demo days, and networking. We invite reputational investors and founders to join our speaker series twice a month. Also, there are 8 categories of resources, such as legal, finance, business consulting, HR services, marketing services, sales services, client relations and IT services. In addition, we provide venture capital ranging from 50K to 500K Canadian Dollars with our Angel Investors and VC eco-system through our investment vehicle, New Billionaires Capital Inc. (NB Capital).
NB Club and NB Capital are related because the startups that have been incubated successfully by the NB Club and graduated top among the start-ups will be considered favourably by the Investment Committee at NB Capital, and its partner Angel/VC investors. As a result, the success rate of start-ups from NB Club is increased by many magnitudes.
We expect the start-ups that graduated from our incubator to raise the next round easier, and the return for a successful investment is considered 20 to 50 times the principal invested. Moreover, we connect the start-up with other Venture Capital firms and Private Equity companies to ensure that the start-up can also raise future rounds until either IPO or bought through a Merge or Acquisition.

OUR SERVICES
We provide three major categories of service support: start-up boot camps, customized consulting services, and third-party resources.
We provide coaching services and cover topics such as: how to kick off and make money on your first start-up; how to make your company structure stable by designing the allocation of capital and shares before they become troubles later. How to increase your chance of raising capital in the next year by 5 to 10 times. Also, we provide different tiers for start-up founders with different levels of experience. Whether you just have a start-up idea, you have a minimum viable product, or you have a mature start-up but are stuck with growth, we provide corresponding versions of boot camps and coaching. For different industries and verticals, we pair you with a reputational industry expert on top of the interactive entrepreneurial events. By the end of the boot camp and coaching, you will have a deeper understanding of your start-up vision, the industry domain knowledge and relevant start-up experiences from successful founders and experienced mentors.
N.B. Club has 8 essential categories of resources from in-house and third-party companies. They are business consulting, HR services, legal services, accounting/finance, marketing services, sales services, client/partner relations, and IT services. Underneath each category, there are 2 to 4 services, totaling 26 kinds of services. The most popular ones include hosting/Email, websites, pre-sales survey, post-sales, sales strategy, sales toolkit, market research, multi-channel strategy, implementation of strategy, tax planning, financial reports, business plans, deck preparation for fund raising, HR policy, talent management, and KPI design.
Each start-up has a different story and a different vision, so you may have a unique problem or bottleneck that bothers you only. However, NB Club can provide a consulting team dedicated to your problem only. The team consists of an industry expert who’s been in your industry for many years, a seasoned entrepreneurship strategy mentor, and potentially an executive from an established company, a professor, or an investor. We also share the mentor resources with other incubators, such as UT Hatchery, uWaterloo Velocity, and McMaster Innovation Park, meaning that you can access more than 150+ mentors, founders and investors in our network.
Funding
New Billionaires Capital Inc. (NB Capital) is related to the New Billionaires Club (NB Club) as its brother investment vehicle. It’s a separate entity and federally registered in Canada. NB Capital is focused on investing in seed and early-stage start-ups with a commitment from $50K to $500K Canadian Dollars. Our industries cover most verticals within the tech industry, including SaaS, supply chain management, project management software, biotech, AI, Machine Learning, Ed-tech, HR-tech and more.
N.B. Capital and its Angel/VC network provide investments to start-ups that fit our criteria. It’s for seed and early-stage tech start-ups that valuated within $7,000,000 Canadian dollars. The investment ranges from $50K to $500K Canadian dollars, often with our partners in the Angel Investors and VC ecosystem.
We have direct network to Silicon Valley top-tier VCs such as a16z and Sequoia, and share resources with the top 3 incubators: UT Hatchery, Waterloo Velocity, and McMaster Innovation Park. We provide one public roadshow per quarter, and an annual competition in the final annual Demo Day. The top two start-ups will be guaranteed to a minimum investment of $300,000 Canadian Dollars in exchange of equity, often co-invested with other reputational angel investors, and VCs.
New Billionaires Capital provides public roadshows, one per quarter. Six to ten start-ups gave their pitches to investors, successful entrepreneur, industry expert, executives and public audience. The top two of each roadshow will be sent to the Demo Day. The Demo Day is the largest annual event at N.B. Club, and it will be attended by the Investment Committee, public figures, famous investors, successful start-up founders and public audience. They will be invested by the New Billionaires Capital with its extensive network of angel investors and VCs. And they will have access to top-tier Silicon Valley VCs such as a16z, and Sequoia in their headquarters.
